In this article you will learn how to reset the Nexx Gate WiFi receiver. This can be done to try and resolve issues with the Nexx Gate like displaying incorrect gate position, not connecting to the WiFi, or if it's being set up on a different gate or WiFi connection.

The device first needs to be removed from the app before resetting the device itself. Failure to do so can result in issues setting it back up.

The reset button is located on the left side of the Nexx Gate WiFi receiver. Use the paperclip or similar to press and hold this button for 5 seconds.
