If you are looking for a reputable field maintenance, service or installation company, we recommend you reach out to a local distributor to inquire about a local USAutomatic dealer. Please understand that distributors do not install or service gates. The distributor is the best option because their customers are the knowledgeable dealers who purchase, install and service our products. When you contact the distributor, ask them to recommend a reputable installation and service company in your area. To locate a distributor near you, use our

USAutomatic does not recommend operating a gate opener without the safety devices. All gate openers manufactured from 2016 onward are in compliance with UL325 requiring the installation of safety devices be mandatory before automatic operation is allowed. Prior to 2016 the use of safety devices was not mandatory but highly recommended by UL325. Local codes may also mandate the use of safety devices. Please refer to your local distributor or installer for more information.
What is included with your gate openers?
In addition to the opener itself, each kit comes with two 2-button remotes, LCR dual channel receiver, battery controller with AC transformer or Solar panel depending on package, and a pair of photo eyes.
What battery do you recommend?
Battery 12-volt, Group U-1; sealed (maintenance free); 30 amp our minimum. Using a smaller amp hour battery may not operate properly and could cause damage to the charging system. The wiring harness has two 1/4" ring terminals to connect to battery posts. Do not install a wet cell battery into the control box; this type of battery usually has removable caps used for service and will vent harmful vapors into the control box which can cause damage and corrosion to components.
What is your return policy?
USAutomatic
does not sell directly to the public. Contact your installer or
distributor who you purchased the product from to inquire about a
return.
